Is your helmet too big? Did you choose a Strider in wrong color or the bell doesn’t match the helmet color of your toddler? No problem. You can return and change the products you bought, no questions asked.
This is how to do it:
- you have 14 days from the date of the reception of your products, to inform us that you will return them;
- and than you have to return the products in 30 days.
Important:
The products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in an unaltered quantity. While you do not need to specify a reason for returning the goods, we will appreciate any feedback which will enable us to improve our products and services.
Address:
You can return the products by sending them to AV Šport d.o.o., Tbilisijska 59, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija. You must cover the cost of shipping. You can also bring back the product personally, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 15:00.
We will reimburse your payments for the returned products to your bank account. Potential promo codes or other discounts are not refundable.
Change:
You can also change the products. The process is the same, you send us back the unsuitable product and we will send you a new one. You cover the cost of shipping for the return of the goods and for the new shipping. To change a product, write us to askfred@cruisingfred.com.
